Residential Rates:
Most residential consultations can be completed within the two to three hours
$175 per hour for Initial Consultation with a 2 hour minimum
Business/Corporate Rates:
$200 per hour - Initial Consultation with a 2 hour minimum
Residential / Business Follow Up
A 3-6 month one hour follow up is suggested to chart your success and to enhance your continued progress is $150
Annual Updates
Visiting energies change on 4 February each year and these will affect the recommendations given in a Feng Shui consultation.
We recommend contacting us as early as November / December to schedule your report to have all your remedies ready for the New Year

Pre-Purchase Review of Future Home or Business

Travel Fees
There are no travel fees for appointments within 20 minutes of San Diego $75.00 per hour for travel time after that
Out-of-town consultations require a deposit, in addition to travel costs such as airline ticket, rental car and/or hotel room. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the client and shall be paid in advance in addition to normal fees for the project or a flat out-of-town day rate.
Land/ Site Development:
Fee quoted per scope of requirements needed for project.
What to Expect:
- Conduct a short interview and have a quick tour of the premises
- Walk the grounds outside your home or business to analyze the surroundings.
- Determine the orientation of the building.
- Take exact magnetic compass readings.
- Determine what the best directions for the occupants are.
- Walk through the home, office, building or store to review the interior and assure the floor plan is correct.
- Review and analyze the findings based on Classical Feng Shui principles.
- Once this is complete Amanda will explain her findings and provide recommendations
What you need to provide for the Feng Shui Consultation:
1. Detailed floor plan (11" x 17" maximum, 8” X 11” preferred) drawn to scale showing all doors and windows. If you don't have a floor plan, allow extra time for one to be drawn during your appointment
2. Year of construction (also year of any major reconstruction or additions). It’s crucial that this date is accurate to ensure you are advised...the correct elemental Feng Shui remedies to use. To find the year of construction, first check your deed or ask your realtor or landlord. However, the best sources for finding the year of construction are your county property tax assessor’s office, city building permit office or a real estate title company’s customer service department.
3. Birth dates of permanent occupants of your residence or of your management team.
